Wow this is a very interesting artwork! First of all, the expression is perfect. It's very recognizable, you don't have to see a name to know who is on the drawing, which is probably the most important thing if you want to make a good portrait. The hair is very detailed and I can see that you have put a lot of effort in it. I would also suggest you to use an eraser for greater “shining effect“ on the hair (but it is just a suggestion). The thing I don't like about this drawing are proportions. The face is too thin. My suggestion to you is to work on the proportions. In the end I'm going to say something about the background. I can see that you were a little bit too lazy to draw a detailed background. My opinion is that details on the background are as important as the details on the face.
